I have had the opportunity to watch your team in action from afar on many occasions. I also write to express my sincere gratitude for their outstanding service provided at a recent event. The entire team were at all times professional in attitude and skill.

One specific security guard that stood out was Ntuka who tried his level best on Saturday morning to be as helpful as he could be during a specific incident. He even went as far as chatting to me on Saturday evening to apologise that couldn’t assist much further than he did. His empathy was greatly appreciated.
